Workshop on Identity

The aim of this workshop was to bring together organisational researchers with leading international researchers from other disciplines to learn more about each other's work and to consider how to develop an understanding of discourse and identity.

Lars Th√łger Christensen (Marketing), Linda Putnam (Organisational Communication) and Margaret Wetherell (Psychology) were invited to participate in a number of panels and presentations on the role of discourse in relation to organisational identities, individual identities and emotions.
