We are academic researchers with interest to conduct cross-disciplinary healthcare management and marketing research by studying prevention programs, prevention strategies, and other kinds of planning and resourcing techniques that can enhance the effectiveness and outcomes of existing healthcare systems and organisations.
The Hub Coordinator, A/Prof Niharika Garud, is an Associate Professor in Management, and Associate Dean (Engagement) at the Faculty of Business & Economics at the University of Melbourne. Niharika's interests for research, teaching, executive education, engagement and industry collaborations lie in areas of technology and innovation management, organizational psychology, judgment and decision-making, entrepreneurship, behavioral strategy, R&D management (management of scientists, product development teams and processes, innovation labs) and engineering management.
