Research and impact

Our academics actively collaborate in centers with multiple partners, uniting researchers and practitioners from various fields and industries. We publish our research in diverse, reputable journals.

Research hubs

  • The Sustainability Hub

Management and Marketing researchers have long recognised the sustainability and climate implications of business and consumption practices. Some of this research has been conducted within specialist fields such as corporate social responsibility (CSR), stakeholder theory, ethical consumption, and transformative consumer research (TCR).

  • BehavAI

We are academic researchers with a mission to explore how businesses, employees, and consumers can best harness AI for human thriving. By studying human-AI collaboration, through the lens of behavioral science and data analytics, our lab aims at maximizing opportunities for human enhancement and growth, while minimizing harm.

  • Melbourne Health and Business Research Hub

We are academic researchers with interest to conduct cross-disciplinary healthcare management and marketing research by studying prevention programs, prevention strategies, and other kinds of planning and resourcing techniques that can enhance the effectiveness and outcomes of existing healthcare systems and organisations.

  • Diversity, Equity & Neuro-inclusivity

The Diversity, Equity and Neuro‑inclusivity (DEN) Research Hub drives cross‑disciplinary research to uncover and dismantle systemic barriers that marginalise underrepresented and neurodivergent communities across organisations, marketplaces and institutions. We translate research into evidence‑based solutions and partnerships that promote equity, inclusion and social transformation.
