Inclusive Teaching & Learning

Inclusive teaching is a basic principle that fosters equitable access to learning for all students, regardless of their backgrounds or identities. It aligns neatly with values described in both the University’s Advancing Students and Education Strategy and the Framework for Educational Excellence. Inclusive teaching practices enhance academic engagement, promote deeper learning, and help to prepare students for participation in diverse professional settings.

Please view the upcoming opportunities below, and if you have any questions please reach out to Miriam.

    • Offering learning activities that encourage interaction
    • Developing assessment tasks which feature flexibility, choice, and opportunities for practice.
