Peer Mentoring

The peer mentor program compliments the Tutor Development Program seminars, leveraging the pedagogical knowledge and experience within the faculty to support and develop our new educators. This opportunity will be open to new teaching staff who will be paired with an experienced mentor to develop a teaching plan and receive constructive feedback from observations of teaching.
