With almost 10 years of experience, the majority of which has been in the software industry, Nicole has a true passion for bringing talented people into challenging environments to see their true potential. She partners with senior leaders to establish and continuously improve employee experience, growth, and development. Her experience spans all facets of relationship management, strategic people management, hands-on operational people strategies, learning and development, performance, talent, coaching and change management resulting in a strong impact on people, business outcomes and strategic performance. Most recently, Nicole has been leading and has the responsibility of successfully implementing Korber’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Program in the APAC region to ensure the right positive change and ensuring a successful future for our people, our community, our environment, and the industry.
