Profile
I am a scholar in Conflict and Supply Chain Management. My research interests focus on the influence of different behavioural strategies on negotiation outcomes, as well as on the relational dynamics in buyer-supplier relationships more broadly.
I am particularly passionate about the antecedents and consequences of unethical behaviour. Methodologically, my main expertise lies in conducting experiments—online, in the lab, and in the field. Among other topics, I have published work on the adverse effects of intentional information leakage in the supply chain and on the behavioural contagion of deception in B2B negotiations.

Current Projects
My current focus is on effective negotiation.
I am studying the effects of displaying varying degrees of warmth in negotiations and how such behaviours are perceived differently across national cultures. This research has the potential to improve cross-national business relationships.
I am also researching the effects of storytelling as a potential strategy for power-disadvantaged buyers to negotiate more effectively.
Lastly, I am investigating the effects of artificially intelligent negotiation bots on commercial and relational negotiation outcomes.
