I am John Clements, a lecturer with a keen desire to support our future leaders to develop their core capabilities and employability skills. I adopt a practical and supportive learning style and seek to create a safe environment for students where they feel comfortable to learn in an experiential way.

In my teaching, I bring my extensive industry business experience into the classroom to assist students with their learning and ability to develop and apply new skills whilst enhancing their existing capabilities.

I seek to provide students with strategic, structured and methodical learning experiences to optimise their capabilities to best prepare them for their professional lives.
