Profile

I study how organizations make better decisions when uncertainty unfolds over time. My research explores how firms design incentives, share information, and allocate decision rights in settings such as delegated search, dynamic contracting, and AI-assisted decision-making.

Using economic theory and operations management models, I aim to answer practical questions about how organizations can better coordinate people, information, and increasingly AI-based systems.

Current Projects

My current projects examine how information should be designed in delegated search, how decision authority should be shared between humans and AI, and how organizations should contract dynamically with agents, including AI agents, as information and performance evolve over time.

Across these projects, I am interested in building dynamic policies that are both theoretically rigorous and practically relevant.
