I am Dr Isuru Kirige, an Associate Lecturer at the Department of Management and Marketing.

My teaching philosophy is based on active learning methodologies that encourage student participation and foster intellectual curiosity. I am committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment and equipping students with the skills and knowledge necessary for their future careers.

Beyond the classroom, I am actively involved in research endeavours focused on employee well-being, motivation, and leadership. These research endeavours complement my teaching by enriching course content with research insights.
