Dr Gamze Koseoglu

Profile

I am an Organisational Behaviour scholar.

My research focuses on employee creativity and employee social networks in the organization.

In today's fast-paced world, employee creativity is key to organizational success. My research focuses on how factors like leadership and time pressure affect creativity. Since employees do not work in a vacuum, their relationships with others in the organization have a significant impact on their work behaviours. Therefore, I also study how employees' relationships and social networks within the organization influence their creative performance.

Current Projects

My current focus in on employee neurodiversity.

I am primarily studying how neurodivergent employees, such as employees on the autism spectrum and employees with ADHD can make a change in their teams and organizations. I also research their creative performance and social network relationship in the organization.
