Profile

I am Dr Aman Ullah, an education-focused lecturer in HR and OS Areas. I currently serve as Co-Area Head of the Organisation Studies Area and Director of the Master of Human Resource Management – Online program in the Department of Management and Marketing. I have always been passionate about teaching, which led me to complete a Graduate Diploma in Pedagogy and the Melbourne Teaching Certificate at the University of Melbourne, reflecting my dedication to innovative pedagogical practices and teaching excellence.

My teaching philosophy highlights inclusive learning environments, reflective learning, and the development of employability skills, aiming to prepare students to navigate complex organisational settings and build sustainable careers. Through my teaching, I want to help students become thoughtful, capable, and ethically responsible management professionals.

Being Co-Area Head of Organisation Studies, I am involved in the new IDEAS LABS (Learning advancement breakthrough sub-committee). I am the coordinator of the “Engagement” sub-committee, focusing on collaborative pedagogical research on students’ engagement, industry engagement, and strategies for internal stakeholders’ and students’ engagement to develop and maintain safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environments for culturally diverse learners in the management and marketing disciplines.
