Profile

I am a management scholar dedicated to contributing to the academia and industry practice through research and consulting. My expertise and research agenda sit at the intersections of organizational behavior, technology, and innovation management, exploring how people enhance business and startup performance, survival, and growth.

Through extensive collaborations with industry partners, my research projects across the globe aim to better understand how people (human, social, and knowledge capital) can shape business performance with mixed-method approaches (quantitative methods such as surveys, experiments, textual analyses, and qualitative methods). My research publications have appeared in top management and business practice journals, such as Journal of Management and Harvard Business Review.

Current Projects

My current focus is to explore management of people, technology, innovation in healthcare organizations and health behaviors at work.

Currently, I am examining how technological innovations in health can be stimulated through crowdsourced ideas, resource reimagination, and orientations towards resource constraints and adversity.

I am also exploring healthcare inventors and innovations from the lenses of decision-making and goal setting.

And finally, I am studying how leadership and teams influence health and work outcomes of employees and staff in organizations.
