Vanessa Wolfe-Coote is a senior executive and board member with more than 25 years’ global experience in digital strategy, innovation and transformation across healthcare, government and financial services. She is Vice President for Health, Care and NSW Public Sector at Capgemini Invent, where she works with leaders to strengthen digital capability, design more human‑centred services and use AI in practical ways to improve outcomes.

Previously a Partner at KPMG and a founding member and Vice President at BCG Digital Ventures in Asia Pacific, Vanessa has led multidisciplinary teams to launch new ventures, scale digital products and create sustainable value for blue‑chip companies and public service organisations.

She also serves on the board of Infoxchange, Australia’s largest technology social enterprise, supporting strategy, governance and sector‑wide digital capability building to advance digital inclusion. Vanessa has guest lectured in strategic design and innovation and enjoys working with students to connect real‑world practice with the future of business and management.
