Vanessa Wolfe-Coote is a health, digital and transformation executive and board director with more than 25 years’ global experience across healthcare, government, financial services and technology. She works with leaders on growth, digital and AI strategy, operating-model design and service transformation, helping organisations turn complex opportunities into practical, sustainable outcomes.

Previously Vice President for Health, Care and NSW Public Sector at Capgemini Invent, a Partner at KPMG and a founding member and Vice President at BCG Digital Ventures in Asia Pacific, Vanessa has led multidisciplinary teams to launch new ventures, scale digital products and deliver major transformation programs for blue-chip companies and public-service organisations.

She is a Non-Executive Director of Infoxchange, Australia’s largest technology social enterprise, where she contributes to strategy, governance and sector-wide digital capability building to advance digital inclusion. Vanessa has also guest lectured in strategic design and innovation and enjoys helping students connect real-world practice with the future of business and management.
