Simon Hinds joined CSL in 2024 as the Senior Director of Site Supply Chain for the Broadmeadows site.

Simon is a seasoned supply chain professional with over 20 years of experience in leading transformation programs across various industries, including healthcare, life sciences, consumer packaged goods, and basic materials.
His expertise spans strategy deployment, change management, and supply chain design, with a proven track record of driving performance improvements and cost reductions in complex, multi-site environments. Simon has held significant roles at Monash Health, McKinsey & Company, and GSK, where he led large-scale operations and supply chain transformations.

Throughout his career, Simon has demonstrated a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and implement innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

His notable achievements include developing a 10-year commercial strategy for a life sciences portfolio, leading a regional transformation plan in the Asia Pacific, and implementing lean operating systems for a global mining company.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) from the University of Bristol and various professional certifications, including GAICD from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and CSCP from APICS. His extensive experience and strategic vision make him a key leader in the field of supply chain management.
