I am a dynamic leader, known for my holistic approach to driving purpose-led strategy, integrating sustainability and strengthening culture, leadership and capability to enhance business success, employee experience and societal outcomes.

I’ve worked in various roles around the world spanning strategy & transformation, HR and sustainability, both in consulting and management positions. I’ve gained a unique set of skills that help me bring together a focus on the why, what and how – helping companies respond to megatrends and shifting stakeholder expectations, supporting effective organisational change and creating shared value.

As the Chief Sustainability Officer for PwC Australia and a Partner leading work with corporate clients, I use my expertise to engage boards & executive teams, develop strategy & implementation plans and design & deliver programs to support capability uplift and cultural transformation. I also lead The Impact Assembly, who work on finding solutions to complex problems through systems thinking and multi-stakeholder collaboration. This includes providing design and facilitation expertise for initiatives focused on responsible AI and technology, First Nations prosperity, mental health and climate resilience.

I regularly serve on boards, expert panels, and speak at conferences and training sessions where I share my experiences and knowledge. I also provide coaching and mentoring, supporting executives new to sustainability and helping to develop future leaders.
