Frank is the Head of APAC at State of Flux, and has expertise in supplier management, risk management and sustainable procurement. He is experienced in procurement and supply chain across a number of industries and countries. Frank holds a PhD from the University of Melbourne, and delivers lectures to graduate students at the university.
