Employment Services Scheme

CMD was engaged to provide advice on the current Employment Services Program (Workforce Australia) managed by the Commonwealth Department of Education, Skills and Employment.  The results from CMD analysis will provide the department with:

• An assessment of the efficiency and efficacy properties of the existing mechanism
• The broad economic architecture of an alternative, superior mechanism
• An understanding of the issues, skills and effort needed to progress the design and development of an alternative mechanism
