    As Vice President and Regional Head of Health at MetLife Asia, Joyce is responsible for driving the company’s health business across 10 markets in Asia Pacific. Prior to MetLife, she was Group Vice President, Distribution Strategy at FWD Group, where she led the development and execution of distribution initiatives across Asia. Before relocating to Asia, Joyce was Chief Officer - Health Business at Sovereign Insurance, the insurance arm of Commonwealth Bank of Australia in New Zealand (now AIA Group) and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. She holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Commerce (Actuarial Studies) from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from Melbourne Business School. She is also a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries Australia (FIAA) and a legal practitioner admitted in the Supreme Court of Victoria, Australia.

    Andy Chan is a Managing Director and Head of Asset Management of BPI International Finance Limited in Hong Kong.  Andy is responsible for directing the investment strategy of the Manager and the Fund.  He was previously Head of MSET Coverage, Hong Kong at Morgan Stanley, where he led the Algorithmic Trading Coverage and Product development in the region. Andy’s investment approach involves managing a focused, unleveraged value portfolio of listed securities selected based on fundamental and other analysis. Investments have predominantly been in the financial services, consumer, industrial, property, and infrastructure sectors. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Andy was involved in Proprietary Trading for over 8 years in CLSA; and Modal Capital, an internal hedge fund of Credit Suisse. Andy is a Chartered Financial Analyst and has degrees in Electrical Engineering (First Class Honours) and Science (Computing) from the University of Melbourne.

    Jason Cheng is the Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Kerogen. Jason has over 25 years’ commercial experience across investing, operations and investment banking. He was the Managing Partner of Ancora Capital, the manager of the initial fund. Before this, he was a managing director of Jade International Capital Partners Limited in Beijing. He previously worked in investment banking at J.P. Morgan in the energy and natural resources group and prior to this at Schroders, in both the energy and the Asian M&A teams. Jason holds a masters degree (Finance and Management) from the University of Sydney and a bachelors degree (Economics and Econometrics) from the University of Melbourne. Jason is a board member of Buried Hill, HKN, Pandion and Zennor, and an alternate board member of Hurricane.

    Mr. Karman Hsu (Chief Executive Officer) ‐ holds a degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne, qualified as a Chartered Accountant with KPMG Peat Marwick in Australia and as a CPA with KPMG Peat Marwick in Hong Kong.  He joined UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Limited as its Chief Executive Officer in January 2012. Mr. Hsu has more than 25 years’ experience in the securities industry with various established financial institutions.  Prior to joining the Group, he was Head of Corporate Finance with Cazenove Asia in 1996 and was made Partner at Cazenove & Co PLC in 2001.  He was subsequently appointed as Managing Director of JP Morgan Cazenove and Head of Investment Banking for Asia of Cazenove Asia Limited.  His last held position before joining the Group was Managing Director, Head of Equity Corporate Finance at Standard Chartered bank (HK) Ltd in 2009.

Prior to joining Citigroup, David was head of Asia Industrials investment banking team at UBS. During his time in investment banking, David has completed over 50 capital markets and M&A transactions for clients in Asia, with a particular focus on China. David received Bachelor of Commerce & Bachelor of Laws from the University of Melbourne in 2003.

    After working in the securities industry and investment bank for 25 years, Edmond Lee (李錦)has begun to teach financial education in primary and secondary schools on a voluntary basis since 2015. Edmond is a Co-founder and mentor of the “Child and Adolescent Financial Education Fund”. Edmond has written five financial and parenting books which were published in China, HK and Singapore including ‘Nurturing Financial Capability in Early Childhood’. Edmond holds a Commerce degree at the University of Melbourne (1989), a Master degree of Finance at the Hong Kong University (2005), a Master degree in Child and Family Education at the Education University of Hong Kong (2016), he is a doctoral student.

    Patrick joined Credit Suisse in Hong Kong in 2016 and has 16 years of experience in investment banking and corporate finance. He is the Head of Financial Sponsors (Asia) at Credit Suisse, with client responsibility of the leading private equity firms in the region. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, Patrick worked with J.P. Morgan for 10 years in Hong Kong, covering financial sponsors and diversified industrials clients. Patrick commenced his career with UBS Investment Bank in Melbourne, and also worked at National Australia Bank in Melbourne (in Group Strategic Investments). Over his career, Patrick has advised on numerous transactions across the Asia Pacific region, across a variety of sectors (including telecommunications, education, business services, technology, media, consumer & retail, financial services, paper & packaging, building materials, transportation, healthcare, chemicals, real estate). He has worked on a variety of transactions types, including acquisition loan financings, M&A, IPO’s, and bond issuances; and also provided strategic advice to clients on a variety of corporate situations.

Jeremy regularly advises on REIT regulatory matters and is a member of APREA's regulatory committee. In addition to his REITs practice, Jeremy also advises on real estate transactions and more general corporate work. Jeremy holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

He leads a professional asset management team that monitors both Property and Financial Investments throughout Australia, China, Hong Kong, Singapore and the United States. The team has successfully invested and acquired various projects across the globe and has built an investment portfolio of HKD 7B worth of assets with more than 300 thousand square meter of properties. William joined his family business in 2008 after gaining a MBA from Hult International Business School, Boston. Prior to his postgraduate studies, he was with The Polo Ralph Lauren Group as a trading and merchandising manager. William achieved double Bachelor in Commerce (Management) and Information Systems from the University of Melbourne in 2004.
    During 2015, William also the founded the Reliance Future Group, which operates as agency business specializing in Australia real estate, overseas studies and migration.
    William has also been very active in community services and was nominated as a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in the city of Hui Zhou, the vice president of Hong Kong Hakka Association and the vice president of Hong Kong Eastern District Community Association.

    Adrian is Vice President of Digital at Melco Resorts and Entertainment, he is responsible for driving digital transformation of the customer journey. He has over 20 years of experience in Marketing and Digital regional roles in Asia Pacific working across sports, entertainment, consumer, healthcare and financial services sectors.
    Adrian started his career in GE Capital Australia leading Digitisation projects before moving to Asia to hold regional digital roles in Johnson & Johnson and Universal McCann. Prior to Melco, he was the Regional Marketing Director of PUMA (JAPAC).
    Adrian holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Engineering(Honors) from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management. He is also a qualified Six Sigma Black Belt from GE.
