Dr  Mrinal Mishra

I am an Assistant Professor (Senior Lecturer) in the University of Melbourne. I obtained my PhD from the University of Zürich and Swiss Finance Institute apart from spending some time as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Zürich primarily funded by a grant from data.org.  My primary research interests are at the intersection of financial intermediation, development finance and financial technologies. Additionally, I also work on the applications of unstructured data in banking using machine learning and natural language processing.
