Biography
Maggie joined the Department of Accounting on January 2018, after previously working as a sessional staff member. Maggie graduated from the University of Melbourne’s Bachelor of Commerce program in 2015 and the Masters of Management (Accounting) program in 2017.
Maggie has taught in introductory accounting subjects, and accounting information systems / business processes. Furthermore, Maggie is assisting with the roll-out, development and teaching of the new undergraduate subject ACCT20007 – Accounting Information: Risks and Controls. Through this work, Maggie is familiar with the use of SAP in teaching, particularly the use of ERP Simulation (ERPSim) to provide an experimental learning experience. As a student, Maggie also represented the University in regional and world ERPSim competitions. Currently, Maggie has a Level 1 Certification with ERPSim.
