SSNP case studies

FBE has developed the Scheme for Supporting FBE New Parents (SSNP), which aims to support FBE staff who are new parents to improve their work-life experience. Aligned with the University’s diversity and inclusion agenda, Gender Equality Action Plan 2022-2025, and its commitment to the Athena SWAN Charter and framework, the implementation of SSNP represents a key enabler for FBE to achieve its strategic priorities as a trusted leader in the area of diversity and inclusion.
