FBE will hold a workshop and panel discussion on Tuesday 7 March to share updates on the newly implemented Scheme for Supporting FBE Staff who are New Parents (SSNP).
Our panel will outline the process and motivation behind establishing the SSNP concept, the scheme’s aims, planned deliverables and key learnings, alongside personal insights from new parents who have recently returned from parental leave.
The event will offer an opportunity for staff to ask questions in relation to SSNP and receive additional information. It also serves to further develop practice and improve cultural change around the importance of supporting new parents.

The event is held in recognition of International Women’s Day 2023 as the first episode of FBE D&I Workshop Series.
