Tian Wei

Professor Tian Wei

Tian Wei is Professor and Vice Chair of the Department of Business Administration at the School of Management, Fudan University, China. She also serves as Deputy Director of the Research Centre on Chinese Multinational Enterprises at Fudan University, a joint initiative with the China Association of Enterprises with Foreign Economic Cooperation and Trade (CAEFECT).

Before joining Fudan University, she received her Ph.D. in Management Studies from the University of Cambridge (UK), and her master's and bachelor's degrees from Tsinghua University (China). Her research focuses on strategy and international business. She has published in leading management journals, including the Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Management, Management and Organization Review, International Business Review, and Journal of International Management. She previously served as Deputy Editor of Management and Organization Review and Editor-in-Chief of the Asian Case Research Journal.

Her current research examines multinational enterprises' strategic responses to geopolitical uncertainty, as well as AI governance, regulation, and innovation.
