Dr Yifei Wang

Yifei Wang is a Postdoctoral Researcher at the School of Economics and Management, Tongji University. Upon receiving her PhD, her dissertation was recognized as the Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation of 2024 by the Chinese Academy of Management. Her research interests lie in entrepreneurship and organizational behavior, with a particular focus on new venture networking. Over the past five years, she has published in ten peer-reviewed journals and six conference proceedings in which she presents her works in leading conferences such as the Annual Meeting of the Academy of Management (AOM). Currently, her research explores how entrepreneurs’ networking behaviors influence entrepreneurial networks, new venture performance, and ethical practices. She has five working papers and under review manuscripts in the area of entrepreneurial network.
