Dr Nila Windasari

Nila has joined School of Business and Management (SBM) Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) since August 2018. Upon PhD graduation, Nila has been awarded Phi Tau Phi Honors Scholastic Award and her dissertation was awarded as the best dissertation by Service Science Society of Taiwan (S3). Within the latest five-years, her works in marketing and service areas she has been published in six peer-reviewed journals (i.e. Service Industries Journal), nine conference proceedings in which she present her works in leading conferences (i.e. INFORMS Annual Conference, HICSS, Frontiers in Service). She was also receiving SBM Research Grants on 2019 as the Principal Investigator for her research team in customer experience of financial technology service (digital baking and robo-advisor), and another two grants as collaborators. Besides her current research project on customer experience, she also has several seven working papers and under review manuscripts in the area of service marketing.
