Assistant Professor Moumita Roy

Moumita Roy is an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Economics and Public Policy Area of the Amrut Mody School of Management at Ahmedabad University. Her fields of research are Behavioural Economics and Experimental Economics and she studies topics related to Labour Economics.  Her research mainly focuses on economic issues related to identity-based discrimination, leadership effectiveness, conflict, and corruption. Currently, her research explores the effect of ethical behavior on leader effectiveness. Her research has been published in top-ranked journals such as the European Economic Review and the Journal of Development Economics (forthcoming).
