Dr Amanda Acintya

Amanda Acintya is a junior lecturer in the Department of Accounting in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) Indonesia. Amanda got her bachelor degree from UGM and master degree in Accounting, Organisation and Institutions from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). Previously, Amanda worked for Accenture as a consultant to private companies within Financial Excellence and Organization Development streams. Currently, she works at UGM and teaches undergraduate and graduate (matriculation) coursework as well as supervises undergraduate thesis writing. Her research and teaching interests revolves around Management Accounting and Management Control System. Amanda has received research grants as she investigates topics on management accounting techniques and sustainability practices within the context of Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Her research has been published in The Indonesian Journal of Accounting Research and Journal of Indonesian Economy and Business. She is also a Vice Chairman of SMEs Research Centre in UGM.
