  • Ms Kah Sek Koh

    Koh Kah Sek

    Chief Financial Officer & Executive Director, Far East Organization

    Ms Koh is the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director at Far East Organization (“FEO”). She is responsible for FEO’s financial affairs, including corporate finance, treasury, overseas investments, risk management and capital management.

    Ms Koh is a Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Netlink NBN Management Pte Ltd, the Trustee Manager of Netlink NBN Trust and a Director and member of the Remuneration Committee of Far East Orchard Limited.  She also sits on the board of various unlisted companies in FEO Group.

    Ms Koh is also a Fellow Member & Divisional Councillor of CPA Australia (Singapore Division) and Chair of CPA Australia CFO Committee, a Council Member of Professional Education Council, Singapore Accountancy Commission and the Vice President of the National Council of Girl Guides Singapore.

    Ms Koh joined FEO in 2012 as the Group Financial Controller.  She was appointed Chief Financial Officer on 1 January 2015. Prior to FEO, Ms Koh worked in Singapore Telecommunications Limited (SingTel) from 2005 to 2011.  In SingTel, she held various positions such as the Group Financial Controller, CFO of Singapore Business and Group Treasurer. Ms Koh had served as a board member of public listed companies including Globe Telecom Inc. and Advanced Info Service Public Company Limited.  Prior to SingTel, Ms Koh began her career with Price Waterhouse and thereafter she worked at a leading global investment bank before she held a senior management role in a public listed F&B company in Singapore.

    Ms Koh holds a Degree in Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and CPA Australia.

  • Mr Daniel Moorfield

    Daniel Moorfield

    President, Asia Pacific Zone - McCormick & Company, Incorporated

    Based in Singapore - Responsible for Asia Pacific Zone (excluding China), with sites in India, Australia, Singapore and Thailand, along with joint ventures in India, Philippines and Japan.

    Prior to this, Daniel Moorfield was the Managing Director of McCormick Australia/NZ. A qualified chartered accountant, Daniel has also had several finance roles, including CFO for SPC Ardmona, CFO for McCormick China and CFO for McCormick Australia.

    Daniel graduated from The University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Commerce in 1992.

  • Mr Terrence Yong

    Terrence Yong

    Board Advisor, Pulsifi and Advisor, Versafleet

    Terrence Yong is the Board Advisor for Pulsifi, and is also an Advisor to Versafleet.

    Prior to this, Terrence was Managing Director for SAP Malaysia responsible for strategy, driving business growth and operations in Malaysia, building on the 25-year establishment of SAP in Malaysia. Known for his entrepreneurial leadership and strong commitment to delivering results, Terrence brings with him 20 years of industry experience in handling product marketing, strategic management of the SME and Enterprise business, as well as in leading Operations.

    Terrence has an MBA in Finance from the University of Manchester Business School, and an Electrical and Electronic Engineering degree from the University of Melbourne. He is a member of Singapore Institute of Directors.

  • Mr Kevin Gin

    Kevin Gin

    Founder & Principal, Alpha Capital Pte Ltd (Singapore)

    Kevin brings with him more than 30 years of investment experience and was the Head of Greater China Property Research with Yuanta Securities (Hong Kong). Prior to Yuanta, Kevin held varying senior management appointments such as the Senior Vice President with Pacific Star Financial, Chief Operating Officer of CITIC Securities and Managing Director of Maxtric Venture Capital. Kevin is a volunteer with CFAS - UIRC and an advisor to CFA Institute China India strategy team.

    Kevin graduated with an MBA from New York Stern School of Business/Australian Graduate Schoolf of Management in 1992 and a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Hons) from the University of Melbourne in 1986.

    Rachel Teo

    Director, Daniel Teo & Associates Pty Ltd

    Rachel Teo is Director of Daniel Teo & Associates Pty Ltd, a real estate investment, development and management company, based in Singapore.

    Rachel has been a board member of the Asian Civilisations Museum (ACM) in Singapore, since 2013.  She is also an entrepreneur, establishing her own online sleepwear company, Libella Bedwear. She has a keen interest in visual arts and is the Director of “The Private Museum”, a non-profit organisation which encourages art collectors to come forward to share their collection with the public.

    Rachel graduated from The University of Melbourne in 1991 with a Bachelor of Commerce, and in 1992 with a Post Graduate Diploma in Economics.
