The Williams Centre for Learning Advancement (WCLA) works closely with academics to offer a range of programs, services and opportunities to support teaching and learning.

New academics (including sessional academics) are required to attend an induction. Here, you will be introduced to relevant policies and procedures that you should be aware of when designing and delivering a subject within the faculty.

Academics will also be introduced to the team in the Williams Centre for Learning Advancement (WCLA) that will provide ongoing support for your teaching and academic development throughout your time in the faculty. You will also be guided through the resources and programs that are available to you to inspire and support your teaching practice and ongoing career development.

The induction takes place before the commencement of semester and provides networking opportunities with fellow colleagues within the Faculty. A program will be provided to registered attendees next week.
