An online discussion forum can provide an area for students to build deeper understandings of subjects through collegial discourse. Understanding the different types of interactions that can occur using this tool is key to addressing perceptions of learning and engagement during the delivery of your subject.

Workshop Objectives:
*    Determine the student interactions that would be beneficial to your subject
*    Decide how students can be guided to build deeper understandings of your subject
