About us
The Williams Centre for Learning Advancement (WCLA) is a teaching and learning development centre that focuses on partnering with staff to develop new, research-informed approaches to teaching and learning.
Inspired by Professor Williams who was a faculty leader at the forefront of change management and teaching advancement: the centre aims to steer the Faculty through major pedagogical changes, including the incorporation of information technology in teaching and learning. The Centre is the first point of call for teaching development needs for FBE staff and provides customised solutions when needed. Our long term aim is to improve the learning experience for the staff and students and maximise student learning outcomes.
