Thesis: The role of customer autonomy in the co-production process
Triparna is a Ph.D. candidate in Marketing. Her research broadly focuses in the area of self-determination theory and co-production. Using experimental research, Triparna aims to provide insights about how organisations can design their co-production platforms in order to support customer autonomy.
Triparna obtained her Bachelor of Commerce in 2010 from Hyderabad, India. She obtained her Masters of Management (Marketing) in 2012 and Masters of Commerce (Marketing) in 2013 both from University of Melbourne.
