Thesis: Supply Network and Performance Nexus: Moderating Effects of the Business Environment
Buddhika is a PhD candidate in Operations Management. Her research mostly focuses on the supply network characteristics and the performance nexus and how these relationships vary by the business environmental features such as dynamism, munificence and complexity. In doing three separate studies, she aims to provide insights into the relationship leveraging, supplier structural embeddedness and the adaptive behaviour of open supply networks with the help of econometric methods.
Buddhika obtained her Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Transport and Logistics (Faculty of Engineering) in 2011 from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
