Biography

Yulong (Yolanda) is a Ph.D. candidate in Finance at the University of Melbourne.  Her main research interests include Corporate Finance, Diversification & Focus, Investment, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Real Effects of Financial Markets.  Her thesis examines the effect of corporate diversification on firms' investment and financing decisions, as well as the changes of the compensation forCEOs and divisional managers. Yolanda obtained her Master of Financial Mathematics degree from Johns Hopkins University, and her Bachelor degree in Finance from Wuhan University in China.
