Biography
Shijie Huang is a PhD candidate in the Decision, Risk and Financial Sciences program. He obtained his Bachelor degree in Commerce, double major in Accounting and Finance (2015), and Honours in Finance (2016), both at the University of Melbourne. He also participated in an exchange program to the Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California for one semester.
His research mainly focuses on Behavioural Finance, Human Decision Making, Reinforcement Learning and Algorithmic Trading. He also has a general interest in areas of derivative securities, as well as entrepreneurship, venture capital and private equity.
