Mark Nicholson

Mark is a non-executive director of the US hedge fund Tudor Investment Corporation. He chairs the investment committee for a high net worth family office and is a member of the finance and investment committee of Berry Street, a Victorian not for profit. Mark also manages his family's private investment firm and private ancillary fund.

Previously Mark worked for Tudor for fifteen years in its London, New York and Sydney offices, where he managed a wide range of trading strategies including fixed income relative value, discretionary and systematic macro and statistical arbitrage. He ran the firm's Sydney and Singapore offices and was a member of the global management committee. Prior to Tudor, Mark worked for seven years for the World Bank in Washington, D.C, initially as an operations officer covering Nepal, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh and then as a chief investment officer in the Bank's Treasury.  Mark started his career as a commercial lawyer in Melbourne.  He is an avid sailor and is married with two sons.
