The Centre for Workplace Leadership, in consultation with the Australian Network on Disability (AND), examined 'best-practice' organisations in Australia to understand how they utilised workplace adjustments towards the inclusion of persons with disability in the workplace.
This study of managers and employees with disabilities in a range of Australian organisations presents a series of findings and recommendations focused on systems and processes that work towards creating inclusive workplaces.
