Department of Management and Marketing Journal Publication Scholarship
The scholarships are designed to support Department of Management & Marketing research higher degree (RHD) candidates during the preparation of journal articles or books based on the thesis submitted for their RHD.
James Perkins PhD Travelling Scholarship
The James Perkins PhD Travelling Scholarship offers a scholarship for one or more students undertaking a PhD in economics in a subject matter of relevance to both the UK and Australia, at either one of the Russell Group Universities of the UK (with a preference for the University of Cambridge), or the University of Melbourne (‘UoM’).
The Scholarship is for PhD candidates in the Doctoral Program in Economics to undertake research in the area of Economics or Econometrics. Duration is for one year but may be extended for a further year.
Peter Brownell Scholarship
The Peter Brownell PhD Scholarship was established by friends and associates of the late Peter Brownell, Professor of Accounting from 1991 until 1997. There is one scholarship available each year. In 2016, it was valued at approximately AUS$10,000. It is payable in two instalments.

The Melbourne Research Scholarship (MRS) was established by the University of Melbourne and is awarded to high achieving domestic and international research students.
Wilfred Prest Travelling Fellowship
The Fellowship is open to students or graduates of the University who undertake postgraduate studies in the field of Economics at an overseas university or research institution.
