Graduate Scholarships and Fees

Scholarships

All applicants made an offer of a place in a graduate research program are offered a AUD$30,000 stipend (full-time only).

A number of scholarships are available for students who wish to undertake full-time doctoral studies. Each scholarship is for a four-year period, and covers tuition fees and a generous living stipend.

Scholarship Selection and Assessment

All applicants to the Faculty's graduate research programs are automatically considered for a Faculty-allocated scholarship and fee remission (if applicable) on applying for the program.

Fees

Local students

Doctoral students enrolled in the coursework masters component of the program are awarded a full fee remission scholarship by the Faculty.

As PhD students, all local students (Australian and New Zealand citizens, Australian Permanent Residents and holders of a permanent humanitarian visa) are awarded graduate research places under the Australian Government's Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarships..

International students

Doctoral students enrolled in the coursework masters component of the program are awarded a full fee remission scholarship by the Faculty.

The overall annual fee for full-time international students commencing in 2017 is AUD$40,416.
