Responding to a changing landscape in business education
Innovation in business practice and shifting models of higher education are resulting in a changing landscape for business education. This symposium focuses on some of the major shifts impacting this environment and considers how business faculties can respond.
The professionalisation of teaching is a key component of creating an environment that supports the development of students' knowledge and skills. With new ways that students can gain accreditation through processes such as micro-credentialing of the business degree, it is that vital that the quality of learning and teaching in business education continues to improve.
This symposium will provide participants with an opportunity to engage with some of these key issues, to view examples of good teaching practice from within FBE, to preview new learning and teaching innovations, and to join the conversation around how we can push the boundaries to take advantage of opportunities in this changing landscape.
